Watering

Thanks for all your hard work on the baskets so far this summer! They are looking great and the city is very happy with them! But we still have about 7 weeks to go.... I want to remind you that this year we are applying our payment for the day ($10/day in June/July, and I'm thinking $15 for Aug/Sept with the extra baskets) to the approx. $350 that each individual ends up paying to Byron (hotel, food, hammock, etc). So far that amounts to:

Debby $60
Didi $70
Sharon $70
Jones $80
Bakers $135
Peter $150

Here are the remaining dates, we definitely need to do an evening watering tonight and for the next couple days, then hopefully (statistically) there shouldn't be many more! So after this week I'm mainly concerned with getting a morning waterer for each day. I promised myself when I started that I was not going to nag people about this job, so I'm going to ask this group (who have the most to benefit) specifically one more time and continue to make the calendar available at church. After that, I'm willing to take care of whatever is left (except Labor Day itself)...so let me know if/what you want to do....Thanks!

Tired of rainy Oregon spring breaks?

What are you doing for Spring Break next year?

Want to spend it sleeping in a hammock, eating authentic Mexican food, playing soccer, making new friends and exploring the Yucatan? (And also--shoveling cement, applying stucco, leading VBS and trying to avoid the bugs!)

Then join us in Chapab, March 2010!

Informational Meeting
June 8th
Living Room, First Presbyterian-Lebanon
6:30pm

If you are interested in coming and can't make it to the meeting please let me know!

I can't promise there won't be rain, but it won't be Oregon rain....
